What this tool is
The AI Uplift Assessment is a readiness and reflection tool. It is not legal, HR, compliance, technical, cybersecurity, or implementation advice. Your snapshot is a conversation starter, not a determination about your organization.
What we collect
The context you provide (such as name, email, organization, role, function, organization type, size, AI adoption stage, primary concern, and who you're completing the assessment for), your answers to the 25 questions, the scores and readiness band calculated from them, and basic source information such as how you arrived at the page.
When it is saved
Nothing is sent to us while you're answering questions — your responses stay in your own browser. They are only submitted when you confirm on the results page.
How we use it
To generate your snapshot, and — if you ask for it — to email your results and send you the Guide and occasional Permission to Bloom updates. If you opt in to research use, your anonymized responses may appear in aggregated Permission to Bloom research, benchmarking, publications, or insights. No individual or organization is identified without permission.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't share identifiable responses with third parties.
